Camping opportunites abound near all Campervan North America locations. The more popular destinations include our spectacular national parks followed closely by national monuments and many unique and scenic state parks.
Many state parks are on par with the national parks for scenery, but on a smaller scale.
But if it is solitude you seek, don't overlook the many opportunites on lands managed by the BLM, US Forest Service and others. Finally, privately run campgrounds can provide family friendly amenities like swimming pools, hot showers and nearby restaurants not always available at other campgrounds.
